بعد ان دخلت المجال الجوي الايراني على الحدود المجاورة مع أفغانستان . وأضاف أنه تم الاستيلاء على هذه الطائرة مع الحد الأدنى من الأضرار.
هي طائرة الشبح بدون طيار صُممت وطُورت من قبل شركة لوكهيد مارتن. و يُذكر أن الجيش الأميركي ووكالة الاستخبارات المركزية يستخدمان هذه الطائرات بدون طيار لشن ضربات صاروخية في افغانستان والمنطقة القبلية شمال غرب باكستان.
